After watching a Legend of Korra episode and playing Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm 2, I realized something: Neji is a technically chi blocker. Neji uses the Byakugan in Naruto to see the chakra pathways in an opponent’s body and then he’s able to manipulate them using Gentle Fist.
